Level 2: $150 per month

This program is ideal for the athlete who has a predictable schedule and doesn’t need a lot of adjustments to their training program, but who desires regular workout analysis and feedback.

ï      Weekly Communication Via Email/Text/Training Peaks

ï      Monthly Communication Via Phone/Video

ï      Weekly Training Plan Adjustments

ï      Specific programming using Training Peaks WKO4

Level 3: $200 per month

This program is for the athlete who is highly motivated and/or who has a busy schedule, and therefore requires unlimited contact and training program adjustments.
